Q: What’s included in your Mitzvah photography packages?

A: All packages include pre-event planning, photography coverage with high-resolution edited images, an online gallery, and a print release. Coverage options range from just the service to full-day celebrations including the party.

Q: Do you photograph both the service and the party?

A: Yes! generally do not photograph services unless it's service off site from a synagogue. But you can choose coverage for just the service, just the celebration, or both. I also offer weekday temple sessions when photography isn’t permitted during the actual service.

Q: How far in advance should I book?

A: As soon as you have your date! Popular dates book 12-24 months in advance, especially Saturdays.

Q: Do you offer albums or prints?

A: Yes! I offer custom-designed albums, wall art, and gift prints. These can be added on after your gallery is delivered or included in select packages.

Q: Will you take family portraits?

A: Absolutely. I work with you ahead of time to create a family shot list so we can keep portraits efficient and stress-free.

Q: How long does it take to get our photos?

A: You’ll receive your edited gallery within 4-6 weeks, often sooner. Sneak peeks are usually sent within a few days.

Q: Can we add on video coverage?

A: Yes! I work with trusted videographers and can add on video coverage to most packages—or refer you if you prefer to book separately.

Q: Are you available for travel?

A: I’m based in New Jersey and love to travel. I regularly serve NY/NJ and now Las Vegas, but am happy to travel for your celebration.

A: Once you’re ready, I’ll send a contract and retainer invoice to reserve your date. Everything is handled online and takes just a few minutes!
