Your mind makes up stories about who you are, and about your safety and lovability. Not all of these stories are accurate. Sometimes our minds are biased by negative past experiences. I am working hard to calm this part of my soul.
It’s the day before Thanksgiving and I have already eaten half of the pumpkin pie I ordered from the local farm. It is THAT good. I am pretty sure the crumbs will be the only thing left by tomorrow.
